Assistant Professor Dr. Abdullah Abdul Amir Taha, Secretary of our College Council, participated as a member and supervisor in the discussion of a master’s thesis in the special branch of the College of Law at the University of Karbala entitled “Safety Guarantee in the Swimming Education Contract” submitted by the student Sakina Ali Hussein.
The study aimed to know the nature of the safety guarantee in the swimming education contract, the legal nature of the safety guarantee in the contract, in addition to the position of comparative laws on the breach of the safety guarantee in this contract.
The study concluded that the safety guarantee is available upon the availability of certain conditions and does not produce its effect unless these conditions are met, and the swimming education trainer must be a professional trainer and his personality is taken into consideration in the swimming education contract.
The discussion committee approved the thesis with a very good rating.
